VIVARTIA S.A. is the new company that emerged from the absorption by DELTA Holding of DELTA Dairy S.A., CHIPITA S.A., Goody’s S.A., and General Frozen Foods - Barba Stathis S.A., which formed a Group of leading foods brands, a leader in the Greek foods market.

The absorbed companies now are divisions of Vivartia. Specifically Vivartia now is active in the divisions of: Dairy & Drinks through ex Delta Dairy Industries, Bakery & Confectionery, through ex Chipita, Foodservices and Entertainment through ex Goody’s and Frozen Foods through the activities of ex General Frozen Foods Barba Stathis.

VIVARTIA targets a regional market of 1 billion consumers with 2.5 billion of its products consumed every day. It has 26 production units and employs about 13,000 persons. In total it is active in 29 countries and produces a wide range of high-profile nutrition brands, which hold leading positions in their sector.
